Our community’s prayerful rhythm unfolds throughout the day in the quiet reverence of the Daily Office. Each Hour is offered to God so that no moment of the day passes without praise. From the first rays of dawn through the stillness of the night, someone is always raising their heart in prayer, sanctifying time and keeping vigil before the Lord.

Morning and Evening Prayer stand as the central pillars, drawing our thoughts to Christ at dawn and again as the day fades. Short pauses at midmorning, midday, and midafternoon allow us to return briefly to God amid our work. Night Prayer gently closes the day with reflection and trust.
At any time, the Office of Readings opens to us the richness of Scripture and the wisdom of the saints. In this steady offering of prayer, the Church’s voice never falls silent.
