The Legion of Adorers is a deeply spiritual ministry, no meetings, no dues, just a heartfelt commitment to prayer. Members joyfully promise to spend a few moments each week in the peaceful presence of the Blessed Sacrament in our chapel. You are free to choose the time that best fits your own schedule and rhythm of life.

Pledge cards, used simply as a tangible sign of one’s intention, can be found in the vestibule of the chapel or obtained at the convent. Filling out a card is a small gesture, but it symbolizes a heartfelt desire to grow in prayer and to honor the Eucharistic presence of Christ.

We would be blessed to have you join this powerful mission of love and devotion

The Legion was founded in 1958 at the encouragement of Cardinal Joseph Ritter, who recognized the immense spiritual blessings that flow from time spent before the Blessed Sacrament. His vision was to offer every person, regardless of age, background, or state of life, a way to enrich their spiritual journey by participating in the graces of Eucharistic Adoration. Through this simple weekly visit, members share in a long tradition of silent prayer, devotion, and encounter with Christ who remains present in the Eucharist.

From its beginnings, the Legion of 1000 Adorers has sought nothing more than to help individuals grow closer to the Lord through quiet, faithful moments in His presence. It stands as an invitation to deepen one’s spiritual life, to cultivate gratitude, and to rediscover the peace that flows from time spent with Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament.

Daily remembrance in the prayers and Masses of the Pink Sisters

Each time you come before the Blessed Sacrament, you are spiritually united with the Pink Sisters, who lift you up in their daily prayers and during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Your presence before the Lord places you directly within their constant intercession, allowing you to share in the spiritual fruits of their contemplative vocation. Their prayer becomes a quiet but powerful support for your own life, intentions, and needs.

Your intentions included in our annual Sacred Heart Devotion in June

Your personal intentions, whether spoken aloud, written down, or carried silently in your heart, are lovingly gathered and presented to the Sacred Heart of Jesus during the community’s special June devotion. This annual offering is a moment of profound grace, asking Jesus to pour His love, mercy, and protection over all who seek His help. Your needs are remembered with care and devotion during this beautiful solemn observance.

Blessings for yourself and your loved ones

Your weekly visit becomes a channel of divine blessing not only for you but also for those closest to you. Time spent with the Eucharistic Lord invites His grace into your relationships, your home, and your family. Even those who may not be able to pray for themselves can be touched through your acts of devotion, drawing down God’s assistance and favor upon

The Pink Sisters stand united as the Legion of Adorers, a quiet witness of prayer, devotion, and steadfast faith offered for the Church and the world.

Peace of heart

In the stillness before the Blessed Sacrament, anxieties soften and burdens lighten. Christ, present in the Eucharist, offers a calm deeper than words and a peace the world cannot give. Regular visits help restore inner balance, bring clarity to the mind, and open the heart to God’s quiet gift of serenity.

Strength in the time of temptation

Frequent adoration strengthens the soul against discouragement, confusion, and sin. By rooting yourself in Christ’s presence, you receive spiritual fortitude to face trials with courage and grace. His nearness becomes your refuge and your strength, grounding you in virtue when difficulties or temptations arise.

Growth in your relationship with God

Above all, each visit draws you deeper into friendship and intimacy with the Lord. Like any relationship, closeness with God grows through time spent together. In the silence of adoration, you learn to listen, to trust, and to love more fully. These moments become steppingstones toward a richer, more personal communion with Christ.

Your visit means a lot to us!
Please remember to sign a slip each time you’re here.

Doing so allows us to include your name in our daily prayers, to remember your intentions during our Sacred Heart Devotions in June, and to ensure that you receive our two-yearly mailings sent out in June and December.
